What is the Company Calendar?
The centralized Company Calendar is a customizable feature designed to keep your global team aligned. Company Admins can request our support team to configure specific holidays on your behalf, ensuring your calendar accurately reflects your organization's unique time off.
Because your team may be distributed across multiple jurisdictions, the calendar is highly customizable. You can include:
- Public Holidays: Standard statutory holidays based on the specific countries, states, or provinces where your team members reside.
- Company Holidays: Universal days off that your entire organization observes, regardless of location (e.g., a Company Anniversary or Wellness Day).
Where your configured dates are displayed
Mini Calendar: Your homepage features a built-in calendar designed to give you instant visibility into the dates that matter most for your distributed team, including Payroll, PTO and Holidays.
Company Calendar Page: Your Company Calendar page gives you an in-depth view of your company dates, allowing you to filter by event type and jurisdiction.
Additionally, holidays are now automatically factored in when employees request time off, eliminating the need for managers to cross-reference dates or calculate working days manually.
