What are multiple emails?
A user can have multiple emails on one account, allowing you to log in using any of your linked email addresses while using the same password. You can also select a primary email address to receive notifications.
Managing your email preferences
You can add, edit, or remove email addresses directly from your User Profile settings.
- To add an email: Enter your new email address in the provided field and designate it as either a Work or Personal address.
- To change your primary email: Toggle the setting next to your preferred email address to mark it as Primary. All system notifications will be sent to this primary address.
- To remove an email: Click the Delete button next to the email address you want to remove from your account.
Streamlining People Manager setup
This feature is especially helpful when onboarding new People Managers.
By adding both their personal and work email addresses to a single account, People Managers can manage their team while also being set up as an employee — all in one place. There’s no need to juggle multiple logins or switch between accounts, making it easier to handle both responsibilities from a unified profile.
