🇨🇦 How do I add a Pre-Authorized Debit payment method?

Please note: Borderless only offers Pre-Authorized Debit to select Canadian customers with EOR employees. Please contact support@hireborderless.com to determine whether your company qualifies!

 

As a Canadian legal entity, your Borderless Virtual Wallet will be created once your company's KYB is approved. You will use this Wallet to instantly pay invoices. 

To fund your Virtual Wallet, you can directly connect your Canadian bank account by adding a Pre-Authorized Debit payment method. 

There are 2 ways to add your Pre-Authorized Debit Payment Method:

  1. Instant Connect: Enter your company's online Canadian bank account username and password. Your corporate bank account will be instantly linked to Borderless.
  2. Manual Micro-Deposit: Enter your company's Canadian bank account routing and account number. A micro-deposit of less than $1.00 will be made within 2 business days. A subsequent verification of the micro-deposit amount will be required on the Borderless Payment Methods tab.
