🇺🇸 How do I add an ACH Direct Debit payment method?

As a US legal entity, your Borderless Virtual Wallet will be created once your company's KYB is approved. You will use this Wallet to instantly pay invoices. 

To fund your Virtual Wallet, you can directly connect your US bank account by adding an ACH Direct Debit payment method. 

There are 2 ways to add your ACH Direct Debit Payment Method:

1. Instant Connect: Enter your company's online US bank account username and password. Your corporate bank account will be instantly linked to Borderless.
2. Manual Micro-Deposit: Enter your company's US bank account routing and account number. A micro-deposit of $0.01 will be made within 2 business days. A subsequent verification will be required on the Borderless Payment Methods tab. 

1. Instant Connect

1. Navigate to 'Payment Methods' on the side navigation bar.
2. Select 'Add Payment Method'.
3. Select your Legal Entity.
4. Select 'ACH Direct Debit'.
5. You will be taking to a bank validation page. 
6. Select 'Instant'.
7. Select your company's bank institution.
8. Enter the username and password you use for online banking. 
9. Your bank account is now instantly linked!

2. Manual Micro-Deposit

1. Navigate to 'Payment Methods' on the side navigation bar.
2. Select 'Add Payment Method'.
3. Select your Legal Entity.
4. Select 'ACH Direct Debit'.
5. You will be taken to a bank validation page. 
6. Select 'Manual'.
7. Select your company's bank institution.
8. Enter the routing and account number.
9. Enter the name listed on your company's bank account.
10. Authorize deposit. A deposit of $0.01 will be made into your bank account within 2 business days. In the Payment Methods table, the status of your new ACH Direct Debit payment method will show as 'Pending Deposit'.

11. Return to Borderless Payment Method page in 2 business days. The status of the payment method will be updated to 'Verification required'.

12. Toggle the three dots on the right and select Verify Payment Method. Enter the 3-letter code listed for the $0.01 deposit in your bank account transaction history. Please note: once you begin the payment method verification, you will have a 30 minute time window to complete the verification. Please do not exit your browser during this process.

13. Once verified, your bank account is now linked!
