Let's complete your Borderless Employee Onboarding in five easy steps.

Overview: Employee Onboarding
Step 1: Profile Set Up
Once you receive your Borderless Invitation via email (subject line: "Welcome to Borderless!"), click the Accept Invite button to start setting up your Borderless account profile.
For the Address field, ensure you add all your residential address details, including:
- Address Line
- Zip Code
Hint: Remember to always use the same email address to log into your Borderless account!
Step 2: Identity Verification
Click the Start Verification button on your Home page to begin your identity verification.
Identity verification is a mandatory process to ensure your account is compliant – as such, please complete this as soon as possible.
If this is not completed within the first three days of your start date, federal law requires that your employment is suspended.

Step 3: Payment Method
Click the Add Payment Method button on your Home page (or navigate to the Payment Methods tab), and enter your bank details to set up a payment method for payroll.

Step 4: Tax & HR Forms
All your tax and HR forms required for signature will be available to complete directly on the Borderless Home page. These forms must be completed before you can be added to payroll.
It is mandatory to correctly complete the forms received in this package no later than your first day of employment. Federal law requires that you complete your I-9 form by your start date.
Step 5: Benefits Enrollment
Your benefits enrollment form will be available to complete directly on the Borderless Home page.
Please note that late completion of this form may result in delayed benefits enrolment.
